Meet Nina, the creative force and founder behind Agency Ten10. With two decades of experience in the marketing world—from real estate to e-commerce—Nina has done it all. She kicked off her entrepreneur journey by turning her passion for photography and graphic design into a thriving freelance business, and then went on to help bootstrap an e-commerce brand that soared to an 8-figure annual revenue. A real powerhouse in creative marketing!

After selling her stake in the e-commerce brand, Nina decided to channel her creativity and expertise into building an unforgettable family of brands. She chose to focus on what she loves most: helping other entrepreneurs bring their dreams to life. That’s where Agency Ten10 comes in. Nina specializes in turning passions into powerful brands that connect with audiences and drive results. Whether you’re just starting out or aiming to take your business to the next level, Nina has the expertise to make it happen.

Alongside that, Nina also runs Studio Ten10, a portrait photography and creative design business. Studio Ten10 is her passion project, where she captures everything from family moments and professional headshots to designing t-shirts and wall art. Whether through digital marketing or photography and design, her goal is to help businesses or individuals showcase what makes them special.

When she’s not running her businesses, Nina’s at home with her husband, Brandon, and their two kids, Avery and Kane. The Skaggs family loves hanging out with friends and family, cheering on their kids at sports events, and sneaking in some travel whenever they can.

Brandon brings a wealth of business experience to the table, with a background in management and sales that has served him well in the fast-paced world of digital marketing. After years of honing his skills in these areas, Brandon took the plunge into the digital space, teaming up with his wife, Nina, at her e-commerce company.

In this role, Brandon wore many hats, but he really found his groove in managing influencer and partner relationships—building connections that helped drive the brand’s success.

Now, as co-owner of Agency Ten10, Brandon leverages his management and sales expertise—along with his deep knowledge of digital marketing and technology—to help businesses thrive. A behind-the-scenes problem solver with a sharp eye for detail, Brandon is known for making systems, websites, and tech actually work. Whether he’s optimizing an online presence, building strategic partnerships, or fixing what’s broken (often with the help of YouTube), he’s all about creating smart, reliable solutions that help businesses get the attention they deserve.
